1. No Cancellation After Payment

At Chakor Homes, once your payment has been successfully received and your order is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled by the customer. This is because we immediately begin processing, crafting, and preparing your items for dispatch — many of which are made-to-order or curated in limited quantities.

We request you to review your cart, product details, delivery address, and payment amount carefully before completing the payment.

2. Cancellation by Chakor Homes

We reserve the right to cancel an order at our sole discretion in the following situations:

  • The product is out of stock or has been discontinued.
  • There is an error in pricing, product description, or specifications on the website.
  • The delivery pin code is not serviceable by our logistics partners.
  • The payment fails verification, or the transaction is flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.
  • You have breached these Terms, our Return / Refund Policy, or any applicable law.

In any such case, we will notify you by email or phone and refund the full amount paid to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Modification Requests

Once an order is placed, changes to product, quantity, colour, size, or shipping address cannot be guaranteed. If you have made an error, please write to us immediately at chakorhomes@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 97119 28849. We will try our best to accommodate the request, subject to the order not having been dispatched.

4. Failed / Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned to us undelivered due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, unavailability of the recipient after multiple attempts, or any other reason attributable to the customer, the order may be treated as cancelled. In such cases, the product value may be refunded after deducting to-and-fro shipping charges and any applicable handling fees.
