  • All furniture and home décor products are handcrafted or partly handcrafted; minor variations in colour, grain, texture, weight, and finish are natural and are not considered defects.

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

  • An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received and an order-confirmation email/SMS is sent to you.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order — including but not limited to cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, non-serviceable pin codes, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, any amount already paid will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

5. Payment

Payments are accepted through secure third-party payment gateways and may include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net-banking, wallets, and EMI (where offered). We do not store card details on our servers. Any dispute regarding a payment transaction should be raised with the payment gateway or the issuing bank first; we will provide reasonable assistance.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines, charges, and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided.
